These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Homemate Handyman. By hiring us or using our website, you agree to these terms.

We provide handyman services including but not limited to:

• Furniture assembly
   
• Gutter cleaning & repair
   
• Mounting services
   
• Light plumbing repairs
   
• Pressure washing
   
• General home maintenance
   

All services are subject to availability and may be scheduled in advance.

• Estimates are provided free of charge and are non-binding until confirmed.
   
• Final pricing is based on labor, materials, and time.
   
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• We accept cash, checks, and/or digital payments.
   

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

While we strive for the highest quality, we are not liable for:

• Damage resulting from existing structural issues
   
• Work performed under client-supplied materials or instructions
   
• Indirect or consequential damages
   

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on labor. Materials and third-party parts are subject to manufacturer warranties.

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to breach our website security
   
• Copy, scrape, or misuse content without permission
   

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
