1. Will you tell me I need a whole new fence?
Rarely. We identify and replace only what's actually failing.
We don't push replacements you don't need, If a full replacement is genuinely the right answer, we'll tell you exactly why and quote it honestly. But that's not our default.
2. Do you replace individual boards, panels, and sections?
Yes. Broken boards, rotted pickets, damaged panels, and full sections get replaced all the time.
That's still repair work. We replace what's damaged, not what's fine.
3. How fast can you actually get here?
We schedule same-day most days. Call before noon and we'll do everything we can to get out the same afternoon.
4. Will I know the full price before you start?
Every time. We quote on-site, you approve the number, and we don't touch anything until you say go. No surprises, no add-ons after the fact.
5. Are you insured?
Yes. Fully bonded and insured. If anything goes wrong, you're covered. That's not a risk you should take with anyone.
6. What if the repair doesn't hold?
1-Year warranty on every repair. If it fails, we come back and fix it at no charge. No argument, no service call fee.
